REFUND POLICY

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide any reason or pay any penalty.

You can exercise your right of withdrawal by simply sending an email to contact@endro-cosmetiques.com or by registered letter to the following address:

Important ⚠️ : Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the order has not yet been shipped, you can request the cancellation and refund of your order by contacting us by email at contact@endro-cosmetiques.com.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, Endro will refund the amounts paid within 14 days following the notification of your request and via the same payment method as used when placing the order.

Conditions to be met by the customer: 

Returns must be made in their original and unopened condition.

In this context, your responsibility is engaged. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may result in the loss of the right of withdrawal.
