DELIVERIES AND LEAD TIMES
1) Delivery times
Our logistics team prepares your orders as quickly as possible from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays with the utmost care !
Outside of holiday periods, or product launches or special commercial operations, we prepare your parcels within 1 to 2 business days.
In case of a peak in orders, we may take 3 to 5 business days to prepare your order.
Once the parcels have been handed over to our carriers, here are the average delivery times :
- Home delivery by GLS : 2 to 3 business days,
- Home delivery by Colissimo - carbon neutral: 2 to 3 business days,
- Delivery to a pick-up point by Mondial Relay : 3 to 5 business days.
The carriers collect our parcels from Monday to Friday. Deliveries may take place on Saturday.
Occasionally, there may be longer delays (3 to 5 days for preparation time then 3 to 5 days for delivery), during peak periods (for example, before the end-of-year holidays).Remember to plan your orders in advance!
NB: These timeframes are given for information purposes only and Endro Cosmétiques cannot be held responsible for delivery times once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

- Home delivery via GLS: 4,90€ (free from 40€ purchase)
- Home delivery via Colissimo - carbon neutral: 5,90€ ( 3,90€ from 40€ purchase)
- Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands :
- Home delivery via GLS : 8,00€
- Portugal, Italy :
- Home delivery via GLS: 10,00€
4) Delivery information and parcel tracking
When you order on our website, you receive a tracking number associated with your parcel and you will receive an automatic email and/or SMS informing you of the shipment of your order.
