Do you ship internationally?
We can deliver our products to individuals in the following countries :Mainland France, Belgium, Germany,Luxembourg,Netherlands,Portugal,Spain,Italy.
What are your delivery times?
Our logistics team prepares your orders as quickly as possible from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays with the utmost care !
Outside of holiday periods, or product launches orspecial commercial operations, we prepare your parcels within 1 to 2 business days.
In case of a peak in orders, we may take 3 to 5 business days to prepare your order.
Once the parcels have been handed over to our carriers, here are the average delivery times :
- Home delivery by GLS : 2 to 3 business days,
- Home delivery by Colissimo - carbon neutral: 2 to 3 business days,
- Delivery to a pick-up point by Mondial Relay : 3 to 5 business days.
The carriers collect our parcels from Monday to Friday. Deliveries may take place on Saturday.
