These general terms and conditions of sale are intended to define the contractual relationship between Endro Cosmétiques, operator of the website www.endro-cosmetiques.com, and any person (hereinafter referred to as "the customer") placing an order for products offered for sale on this site.

Any order placed via this website implies the review, as well as the full and unconditional acceptance by the customer of these general terms and conditions of sale. The customer is invited with each order to read and accept these general terms and conditions of sale. Endro Cosmétiques mainly offers for sale natural cosmetic and hygiene products manufactured in their own laboratory located in Lannion (deodorants, toothpastes, creams, serums, etc.), but also some accessories manufactured by partners.

Ordering Methods:
The customer may place an order with Endro Cosmétiques on the website by following the procedures and process indicated for this purpose during navigation.
Customer Commitment:
Prior to any order, the customer guarantees that he/she is of legal age, capable, and in particular authorized to use the payment methods that will be used to pay for the order.

Before placing an order on the website, the customer has the option to register with Endro Cosmétiques on the site, and to provide the requested information in order to create a personal account.

The sale prices on the website are indicated in euros, all taxes included : “TTC” (French VAT included at the rate in effect according to the products), unless otherwise indicated.
These prices are excluding transport and delivery costs or various taxes, these costs being charged in addition and indicated before the final validation of the order.

It is specified that these prices may be modified at any time. The order is concluded at the price in effect displayed at the time the order is placed.

8) Payment deadlines
All orders placed with Endro Cosmétiques must be paid before shipment.
For any order for which payment has not been received within 7 days following the order and/or the invoice issuance, Endro Cosmétiques will contact the customer by email or phone to check if there is an error due to the payment methods used.
If, despite all its efforts, Endro Cosmétiques is unable to contact the customer, Endro Cosmétiques reserves the right to cancel the order.
9) Product availability
Endro Cosmétiques fulfills orders within the limits of its available stock. The availability of products displayed on the site is checked continuously.
In case of out of stock:
In the event of temporary or permanent unavailability of one or more products discovered after payment by Endro Cosmétiques, the customer may choose either another product of equivalent price or a refund, which will be processed within a maximum period of 7 days following the order.

12) Guarantees and customer satisfaction
Customer service:
Endro Cosmétiques undertakes to provide any useful response to its customers within an average period of 72 hours (business days), and to assist customers in resolving any issues encountered during ordering, delivery, or use of the products.
Delivery and transport:
We are very demanding regarding the packaging of our products, but we do not control the delivery conditions of orders once they have been handed over to our carrier.That is why we cannot offer any guarantees on delivery times or on the conditions in which orders are shipped.
Upon receipt of an order delivered by parcel, the customer must check the parcel with the carrier and indicate any observed anomaly on the delivery slip.
Furthermore, if the customer notices an anomaly or is not completely satisfied with the products upon receipt of the order, we invite the customer to contact us within a period of 3 days to inform us of their questions and/or dissatisfaction. We ask the customer to send us a photo of the parcel and/or products by email.
13) Liability
Endro Cosmétiques cannot be held liable for failure to fulfill the order in the event of out of stock, product unavailability or discontinuation of production, or in cases of force majeure.

14) Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute relating to the execution of an order and/or the interpretation of these terms and conditions is subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, only the French Courts have jurisdiction.
